Outstanding service. I talked to Tomas before the visit and told him about the problems that my central heating was having. He arrived at my house at the agreed upon time and came with all of the parts that might be needed. He wore shoe covers while he was working and keep the area clean and tidy. He is very professional and friendly. He was able to identify what the problems were and repaired them at the price we had agreed on.

It can take a lot of work to find a plumber who is willing to do a small plumbing job at an affordable price. Many are not interested, promise a lot, and often don’t show up. Tomas provided me with a realistic price for servicing my boiling and replace a component. He showed up and completed the work on time at the price we agreed on. He is very trustworthy, and I would definitely use him again once my ancient Potterton boiler dies finally.

I have used Tomas several times for smaller jobs. However, this time it was for replacing a boiler (combi) with lots of new water and gas pipework. It was a really professional job, as expected. Tomas is trustworthy, reliable, and stayed up quite late one night in order to get the heating and hot water working since it was very cold outside.
